January: Introduction to Floral Design

In this class, students will learn the basic principles of floral design, including how to choose and care for flowers, how to create arrangements for different occasions, and how to use different types of flowers and greenery. Students will work with a variety of fresh flowers and materials to create their own arrangements.

February: Advanced Floral Design

This class is designed for students who have already taken the Introduction to Floral Design class or have some prior experience in floral design. Students will learn more advanced design techniques and styles and will have the opportunity to create more complex arrangements.

March: Floral Design for Special Occasions

In this class, students will learn how to create custom floral designs for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and baby showers. Students will work with a variety of flowers and materials to design arrangements tailored to specific occasions.

April: Wedding Floral Design

In this class, students will learn how to create beautiful and cohesive floral designs for weddings, including bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony decor. Students will work with a variety of flowers and materials to design their own wedding-themed arrangements.

May: Floral Design for the Home

This class will teach students how to create beautiful and practical floral arrangements for use in the home, including centerpieces, tabletop arrangements, and bouquets. Students will work with a variety of flowers and materials to design arrangements suitable for the home.

June: Floral Design for the Workplace

In this class, students will learn how to create professional and stylish floral designs for the workplace, including arrangements for conference rooms, lobbies, and offices. Students will work with a variety of flowers and materials to design arrangements suitable for the workplace.

July: Floral Design for Events

This class will teach students how to create floral designs for events such as parties, fundraisers, and corporate events. Students will work with a variety of flowers and materials to design arrangements suitable for different types of events. Materials needed: flowers, scissors, vases, and other design materials.

August: Dried and Preserved Floral Design

In this class, students will learn how to create beautiful floral arrangements using dried and preserved flowers. Students will learn how to properly dry and preserve flowers, as well as how to use these techniques to create long-lasting arrangements. Students will work with a variety of dried and preserved flowers and materials to create their own arrangements.

September: Floral Design for Sympathy and Funerals

This class will teach students how to create respectful and appropriate floral designs for sympathy and funeral occasions. Students will work with a variety of flowers and materials to design arrangements suitable for these occasions.

October: Fall Floral Design

This class will teach students how to create beautiful floral arrangements using autumnal flowers and materials. Students will learn how to incorporate fall-themed elements such as leaves, berries, and pumpkins into their designs and will work with a variety of flowers and materials to create their own fall-themed arrangements.

November: Contemporary Floral Design

In this class, students will learn how to create modern and stylish floral arrangements using contemporary design techniques and materials. Students will learn about the latest trends in floral design and will work with a variety of flowers and materials to create their own contemporary-themed arrangements.

December: Holiday Floral Design

In this class, students will learn how to create festive floral arrangements for the holiday season. Students will learn how to use a variety of holiday-themed flowers, greens, and materials to create beautiful and seasonal arrangements. The class will cover a range of holiday themes, including Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year's Eve.
